Alison Buonaiuto

Living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body.  My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, modifying and adjusting as we go along.  Nutrition is also a major component of a healthy body composition, and greatly affects your energy and mood.  My approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time!

I have worked out with Alison for over 8 years. I have done group classes and private sessions. She is very knowledgeable and is very understanding to your needs. I have arthritis and sometimes limited to different exercises, but she always modifies exercises for me so I can keep up with the group. It is an amazing group of women that workout ( all different ages) and we have a lot of laughs. Now with the corona virus impacting all of us we stay connected by zoom classes. Even if you have no equipment at home her HITT and Tabata classes r great. She also tailors private classes for me since I have equipment at home. If u r looking for a personal touch, understanding and emotional connection please this is your workout trainer!!!!!

I’m so glad that I found Alison. I always felt too old and out of place at traditional gyms so I didn’t exercise as much as I should. Alison’s classes are amazing! I actually look forward to them so much that before the lockdown I would wake up at 5 am to take one of her classes. Certainly out of character for me but a true testament to how great the classes are and how great they make you feel. Whether it’s in the studio or now at home (over Zoom) Alison always finds creative ways to keep us challenged. I highly recommend!!!
